Salt and Light Church in Indianapolis,IN is a Christ-centered community marked by love, fellowship, and a passionate commitment to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Our desire is to see lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and the presence of the Holy Spirit. We believe the Church is called to be both salt of the earth and light to the world, bringing truth, hope, and restoration to our city and beyond.
We are an apostolic and prophetic church, committed to the biblical model of the New Testament Church. We believe God continues to raise up and equip believers through the ministry gifts described in Scripture, and that every believer has a role in advancing the Kingdom of God. Our heart is to train, equip, and release men and women to walk in their God-given calling, to operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and to minister effectively both inside and outside the church.
At Salt and Light Church, the Word of God is our foundation. We are committed to teaching and preaching the Bible faithfully, believing that the Scriptures are the inspired and authoritative Word of God and remain relevant and powerful for our lives today. We believe that the promises of God are not confined to the past, but are available to believers today through faith in Jesus Christ.
Our gatherings are centered around worship, prayer, biblical teaching, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. We encourage believers to grow deeper in their relationship with God through discipleship, fellowship, and practical application of the Word. As a church family, we seek to cultivate an atmosphere where people encounter God, are strengthened in faith, and are empowered to live out their calling.
We believe the Church is not simply a place to attend, but a community to belong to and a mission to live out. Our desire is to build strong relationships, support one another in faith, and serve our community with the love of Christ.
